Website and newsletter updated
Task:
Revision and modernization of the online communication of the ARGE Baurecht website. ARGE Baurecht is the largest professional association of lawyers specializing in construction law in Germany and Europe. The aim is to involve ARGE Baurecht much more than before in the formation of public opinion and to present it as a key authority.
Realisation:
The website www.arge-baurecht.com is the digital hub for the repositioning of the professional association. The agency is responsible for the concept, design, programming and ongoing support.
For the new website, which now adapts smoothly to all screen formats, we have revised, supplemented and completely restructured existing content. The design has been reduced to the background, leaving more room for sophisticated content and thematic imagery. Inspired by the timeline functionality of social media, current content on the site “streams” across the homepage and invites users to delve deeper into the site. Investors, public clients, construction companies, architects, engineers, private clients and other interest groups can now find “their” content directly via the pointed navigation structure. The special services offered by ARGE Baurecht, such as the search for lawyers and arbitrators, have been optimized and round off the website's offering.
Monthly editorial creation of a newsletter
Task:
Monthly creation of the newsletter
Realisation:
The working group commissioned DIE PR-BERATER to develop measures to involve ARGE Baurecht more strongly in the formation of public opinion and to present it as a key authority. This included the creation of a monthly newsletter. The newsletter is a tried and tested tool for retaining customers and members and attracting new ones. In order to offer readers added value through different topics in construction law, DIE PR-BERATER have developed various sections that are also reflected on the ARGE website. These include, for example, expert tips, judgment reviews and news. We fill these monthly with interviews, current examples or specialist articles. As the newsletter is primarily intended to arouse curiosity, it announces the web content with short text extracts and leads to the corresponding landing page of the ARGE website, which is regarded as a content hub in online PR.
Social media
Appear as a construction professional on LinkedIn
Task:
Increase LinkedIn presence
Realisation:
Professional networks such as LinkedIn play an important role in being perceived as a key source of expertise in construction law. This is why DIE PR-BERATER posts on the working group's LinkedIn profile at least once a week. The content of the posts varies from member introductions of ARGE Baurecht, over references to articles with expert tips, specialist articles and judgment reviews on arge-baurecht.com to the announcement of speaker presentations at construction law conferences. In addition, we interact with the appropriate target groups by liking, commenting and sharing their contributions via the ARGE Baurecht company profile. We run advertising campaigns for additional dissemination of upcoming events.
Theme development
A voice for the experts
Task:
Positioning the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Bau- und Immobilienrecht (ARGE Baurecht) in its core target groups.
Realisation:
DIE PR-BERATER strategically redesigned ARGE Baurecht’s entire communication around a core message that specialized legal representation is essential in the construction sector (“Bau braucht Fachanwalt”). The main channel for implementing the project is press and media relations work with its target groups of investors, public contractors, construction companies, architects, engineers and also private building clients.
The agency developed a very specific and interconnected communications mix of press information, expert tips and judgement discussions, plus thematic reports and opinions. Initially, the agency picks up on relevant issues and topics, which it develops and prepares for the intended audience. Then it selects suitable instruments to deliver them. The agency uses the expertise of the ARGE Baurecht members in this process to cut through highly complex specialist legal content and translate it into an understandable and useful form for the target groups.
Event
Establishing construction law conferences for young talents
Task:
Promotion of the Building Law Conference, which takes place twice a year
Realisation:
Twice a year, the working group organizes a construction law conference, which takes place alternately in different German cities. Renowned experts give specialist lectures on various construction law topics. DIE PR-BERATER carry out advertising measures for each construction law conference in order to continuously increase the registration rate for the event, but also to attract new members to the working group.
This includes the creation of cover letters by post and email for the relevant target groups, the creation of a flyer with all important program points and the presentation of speakers on all important channels such as newsletters, websites and LinkedIn. In addition, the focus is particularly on addressing young talents. For each conference, we raffle off and organize free participation and overnight accommodation for law students. In addition, we have launched a mentoring program that brings experienced construction lawyers together with young lawyers during the two-day event.
Media cooperation
A helping hand for building clients
Task:
To initiate and implement media cooperation with a wide-reach special interest medium on the theme of building and construction
Realisation:
As part of the press and public relations work for Arbeitsgemeinschaft Bau- und Immobilienrecht (ARGE Baurecht) im Deutschen Anwaltverein, DIE PR-BERATER organized a media cooperation with bauen! magazine. The popular magazine is published by Fachzeitschriften Verlag aiming for a target audience of private building clients in search of inspiration and information on planning and realizing their own building projects.
As part of the editorial cooperation the agency worked with selected members of ARGE Baurecht on an in-depth article for each issue on aspects of building law, such as building approval, building specifications or construction defects. Each article contains specific links to the www.arge-baurecht.com website and helps to raise awareness of ARGE Baurecht very precisely within an important target group. The magazine is published six times a year and each issue has around 162,500 readers nationwide.
