Task:
Development and design of various products for “The Grand BM 12 Opening Event”
Realisation:
Mondi inaugurated the fastest paper-coating machine in Europe with a two day long event for partners and clients. For the event days in Cologne and Jülich it was the objective to develop and to design a multitude of products. It ranged from decoration elements for different event locations, over meticulously designed invitations and Give-Aways up to name cards, menus, roll ups and barrier tape.

Inauguration of BM 12
Task:
Conception and implementation of a sales event for the occasion of the inauguration of the fastest paper-coating machine in Europe, the BM12.
Realisation:
The aim of the event was to present the new paper-coating machine to the partners and clients. DIE PR-BERATER developed a concept for the several days long event and were responsible for the entire implementation. The tasks included the choice of the location, the organization of catering, the check-in at airports, the bus transfers, the show-act concept as well as the production of elaborate media products. 120 international clients of the company participated at the event. Within the scope of the event, the BM12 machine was presented to the clients and subsequently a special evening programme was offered to the guests at the Osman 30 in the Mediapark.
