Searching for investors in the field of textiles

Task:

  • Communication support for the Indian Ministry of Textiles´ roadshow

The Indian Ministry of Textiles hosted investor conferences in five European capitals in Fall/Winter 2009/2010. Chances of the booming Indian domestic market and the highly developed manufacturing infrastructure were presented in order to awaken interest and attract more European investors to India.

On this occasion, Mr. Dayanidhi Maran, Indian Minister of Textiles, travelled with Secretaries of State and a delegation of leading Indian textile entrepreneurs through Europe. In Zurich, Milan, Istanbul, Paris and Frankfurt, Maran met with potential buyers and investors.

 

Realisation:

DIE PR-BERATER accompanied Mr. Maran on this trip and supported him with press and media work. The aim was to present and advertise the Indian market in the main economic and trade media before and after the conferences. In addition to detailed background information, personal interviews with the minister were presented in the media. DIE PR-BERATER assisted the Indian Ministry of Textiles in all five countries during preparation and also on-site.
